What payment methods do you accept?

Do you provide SLA for your services?

All our hosted services come with a 99.9% uptime SLA in the rare case we have an network/server outage (outside of the control of the account owner) we will provide you with a 10% of your monthly service cost or $1 credit whichever is greater for every hour upto a maximum of 48 hours or 2 months credit.

Additionally we have an account support SLA of responding to all tickets within 24 hours, if we don't deliver we will provide a 10% of your monthly service cost or $1 credit whichever is greater for every hour upto a maximum of 48 hours or 2 months credit.

What are your support operating hours and avenues?

Our live chat is generally available for account queries and basic support assistance.

For all other enquires including technical support that might require knowledge experts or further investigation this is managed through our helpdesk ticket system, we guarantee to reply within 24 hours or provide you with a credit SLA.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

Yes we offer a hassle free 45 day money back guarantee on all services (excluding domains).

How long does it take to provision our services?

Upon payment confirmation we aim to provision services within 5 minutes, managed cloud services are typically provisioned within 2-4 hours.

Sometimes orders are withheld due to our automated fraud dectection systems, sometimes this blocks legitment orders in those cases we will review within 24 hours.
